Guiding Parents, Educators, and Couples Toward Connection and Calm

My workshops offer a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters—presence, empathy, and understanding.

Through the lens of mindfulness and Nonviolent Communication, we explore how to:

  • Respond to challenges with awareness rather than reaction.

  • Listen with empathy—to ourselves and others.

  • Communicate needs and feelings with clarity and compassion.

  • Build trust and cooperation in families, classrooms, and partnerships.

I offer custom workshops for:

  • Parents – Cultivate calm, confidence, and deep connection with your children.

  • Schools and educators – Foster compassionate communication between staff, students, and families.

  • Couples – Strengthen your bond through empathy and mutual understanding.

These sessions blend reflection, practice, and community. You’ll leave with practical tools and a renewed sense of peace and connection—within yourself and with those you love.

Your workshop last week meant so much to our team. From start to finish, it felt like exactly what our teachers needed before diving into the school year. Of course it goes without saying, but a big standout of the day was how seen and supported everyone felt. You have an amazing way of creating space where teachers can be honest about what's hard without feeling judged, and then meeting that honesty with real validation. People walked away feeling affirmed, and that the work they do every day actually matters and was truly understood. The tools you gave us were another super helpful element of the day. It wasn't only an inspiring morning, but our teachers also left with things they can actually reach for throughout the year when communication gets tricky or a moment calls for more self-awareness--I have my rock sitting right on my desk as a daily reminder of what we talked about! On top of all that, we're so grateful for the connection your workshop created. Getting our team together, especially with so many new teachers teams this year, before the chaos of the year began meant so much to all of us. Giving them the chance to know each other more deeply, to slow down and center themselves as people and not only as teachers, set a tone for the whole staff. I think we could all feel the level of care and support with all the tears as we closed out the workshop! Thank you for bringing so much warmth and skill to our morning together. It reflected exactly the kind of care we want to build into how we support our teachers and was the perfect way to start our school year.
